AquaSprout Farms

We are a small family farm and the first commercial Aquaponics farm in Somerset County NJ. We will be growing lettuce and raising tilapia in a closed loop system year round. As we grow we plan on growing additional crops such as basil and tomatoes.

Sustainability is important to us so we chose the resourceful path when getting started. We found an old dilapidated greenhouse and saw potential. A spacious 2,800 square foot greenhouse that could hold our future farm. A detailed plan was made to retrofit the greenhouse and bring it back to life. We worked tirelessly to implement the necessary systems required to run our future farm. One demanding year later, we were ready to grow! AquaSprout Farms was finally here.

When we're not in our greenhouse in Branchburg, New Jersey, you can find us at local farmers' markets, bringing you a variety of freshly harvested vegetables, straight from our greenhouse. Find which year-round and seasonal markets we attend below.
